Delete your chessAI account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open chessAI and sign in.
2. Tap your account (top left), then Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

By email

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address and password.
• Every game saved to it, with the coach's notes and your conversations.
• The AI keys you saved (encrypted on our server).
• Your sign-in tokens, so every device is signed out.

Nothing is kept afterwards. Before you sign up, the app keeps your games in a temporary account, which is deleted automatically 30 days after your last game. The daily count of free AI answers is kept for at most two days.
